Missed your delivery? No stress! 📦

You can track your order using the link in your dispatch email ✉️ But if you’re not home when it arrives, here’s what happens:

📮 Evri will leave a card with info on how to rearrange or collect from your local sorting office. You can also find your nearest one on their website!

🏠 For other home deliveries, they’ll try up to 3 times—if it still can’t be delivered, it’ll be sent back to us and refunded.
