🛍️ QUIZ Refund Policy

We always hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return something, here’s what you need to know:


📅 Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel.

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing (email or letter).

  • Items must be returned at your own cost and in original condition.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the total order value, including standard delivery.

  • We cannot accept liability for cancellation requests that don’t reach us in time.


📮 Returning by Post

You can return online purchases within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Complete the returns form with the relevant reason code (found on your returns note).

  • Package the item securely and enclose the completed form.

Additional notes:

  • International returns are non-refundable on postage unless the item is faulty.

  • For hygiene reasons, some products (e.g. earrings, swimwear without hygiene stickers) are non-returnable and will be clearly marked online.


🏬 In-Store Returns for Online Orders

Online purchases can be returned to any UK QUIZ standalone store within 14 days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or colour.

  • Concession/Department stores (e.g. New Look) cannot accept returns from the QUIZ website — these must be returned to the original retailer.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us before returning:

  • Include your order number, issue details, and whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange.

  • We’ll review your case and provide return instructions.


💷 Delivery Charges and Fees

  • A £1.99 admin fee is deducted from refunds for returns posted to our Distribution Centre.

  • If the full order is faulty, incorrect, or cancelled under your statutory rights, we will refund the standard delivery charge.

  • Delivery charges are not refunded for partial returns or premium delivery options.

  • For international returns, delivery costs are only refunded if the item is faulty.


📌 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be clean, unworn, and have all tags attached.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox.

  • Fascinators must be returned in original box packaging.

  • Earrings are non-returnable, even if unopened.

  • Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact.

  • Items returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back to the original delivery address.


ℹ️ Other Important Info

  • In-store purchases must be returned in-store and cannot be posted back.

  • Keep your proof of postage — you’re responsible for your return until we receive it.

  • Colour transfer and trim loss due to wear are not valid reasons for return. Please wear with care.
