🛍️ QUIZ Refund Policy
We always hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return something, here’s what you need to know:
📅 Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing (email or letter).
Items must be returned at your own cost and in original condition.
Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the total order value, including standard delivery.
We cannot accept liability for cancellation requests that don’t reach us in time.
📮 Returning by Post
You can return online purchases within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Complete the returns form with the relevant reason code (found on your returns note).
Package the item securely and enclose the completed form.

Additional notes:
International returns are non-refundable on postage unless the item is faulty.
For hygiene reasons, some products (e.g. earrings, swimwear without hygiene stickers) are non-returnable and will be clearly marked online.
🏬 In-Store Returns for Online Orders
Online purchases can be returned to any UK QUIZ standalone store within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or colour.
Concession/Department stores (e.g. New Look) cannot accept returns from the QUIZ website — these must be returned to the original retailer.

We’ll review your case and provide return instructions.
💷 Delivery Charges and Fees
A £1.99 admin fee is deducted from refunds for returns posted to our Distribution Centre.
If the full order is faulty, incorrect, or cancelled under your statutory rights, we will refund the standard delivery charge.
Delivery charges are not refunded for partial returns or premium delivery options.
For international returns, delivery costs are only refunded if the item is faulty.
📌 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be clean, unworn, and have all tags attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox.
Fascinators must be returned in original box packaging.
Earrings are non-returnable, even if unopened.
Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact.
Items returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back to the original delivery address.
ℹ️ Other Important Info
In-store purchases must be returned in-store and cannot be posted back.
Keep your proof of postage — you’re responsible for your return until we receive it.
Colour transfer and trim loss due to wear are not valid reasons for return. Please wear with care.
