We know the festive season can be busy — between Christmas parties, last-minute shopping, and trying to find the perfect outfit, the last thing you want to stress about is returns. That’s why we’ve extended our returns window to make your Christmas shopping totally hassle-free.

Here’s the deal:
Any order placed between Friday 31st October and Thursday 11th December 2025 can be returned to us — either online or in-store — right up until Friday 12th January 2026.

So whether you’re buying gifts early or treating yourself to that stunning NYE outfit, you’ve got extra time to decide if it’s the one.

How to return:

• In-store: Pop into your nearest standalone store with your order details — our team will be happy to help.

• Online: Simply head to our returns portal to generate your label and send your items back to us.

Just make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached — and remember, some products like pierced jewellery and swimwear (if the hygiene seal’s been removed) can’t be returned.
