What should I do if an item is missing, incorrect or faulty?Updated a month ago

Ugh, so sorry! Sometimes things slip through the net 😔 But don’t worry—we’ll do our best to make it right 💪


🛍 Online orders:

If something’s faulty, pop a message to our Customer Care Team with:

  • Your order number
  • A pic of the fault
  • A quick description of what happened

If it’s within 6 months, we’ll refund you 💸 After that (up to 12 months), we’ll sort you out with an e-gift card 🎁

Wrong or missing item? Let us know ASAP with your order number, what’s missing, and a clear pic of anything sent in error (showing the label helps!) 📸

Heads up: We’ve got 30 days max to look into it with our courier team, so don’t wait too long! ⏳

🛍 In-store buys:

If something’s faulty, take it back to one of our stores (not concessions!) with your receipt or proof of purchase 📄

Within 6 months = refund

6–12 months = refund card
