In-Store Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.
Full-Price Items
Full-price items purchased in-store can be returned to any standalone QUIZ store within 14 days for a full refund, provided you have your original receipt (paper or e-receipt accepted).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the purchase was made by card, please bring the same card with you, as we cannot process the refund without it.
Reduced Items
Reduced or sale items can be returned within 7 days for an exchange only.
Return Conditions
All items must be:
- Items must be clean, unworn, and have all tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox.
- Fascinators must be returned in original box packaging.
- Earrings are non-returnable, even if unopened.
- Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact.
- Items returned in unsuitable condition will be rejected upon inspection.
Concession & Third Party Purchases
❌ Items purchased from QUIZ concession stores (e.g., New Look) must be returned directly to the respective concession store. These items cannot be returned to QUIZ standalone stores.
❌ Products bought from other retailers such as Very, Littlewoods, Matalan, or similar must be returned by post. These items cannot be returned to QUIZ standalone stores.

Items purchased in-store must be returned to a standalone QUIZ store. They cannot be returned by post. Postal returns apply only to purchases made online or via the QUIZ app.
