Collecting your order? Here’s how it works! 🛍️✨

📦 1. Dispatched:
You’ll get an “It’s On The Way” email when your order leaves our warehouse.

🏬 2. Arrived in store:
Once your store receives it, you’ll get an “It’s Arrived” email (for Order into Store) or a “Ready for Collection” email (for Collect in Store).

🪪 3. Pick-up:
Bring your ID and order number (found in your emails) to collect!

⏳ You’ve got 14 days to collect your order.
